Kelp2 pc
Soft tofu1 chunk
White button mushroom4 pc
Salt1 tsp
Sugar1 tsp
Red Miso1 tbsp
Green onion5 pc
Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the kombu in hot water, drain .

Step 2
Cut the tofu in 8 pieces.

Step 3
Slice the mushroom and cut the green onion into 1 inch length.

Step 4
In a pan, sauté the miso paste until fragrant.

Step 5
Sdd the water, bring to boil and add the kombu and tofu and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 6
Then add the mushroom and green onion, cook for another 2 minutes.

Step 7
Ready to serve
