Christmas decorations are always starry. Using the star-shaped cinnamon cookies to decorate your dining table and even Christmas tree, making your home full of delighted atmosphere.

Preheat the oven to 150ºC.
Step 2
Mix together the almond powder, sugar, powdered sugar and ground cinnamon.
Step 3
Add the egg white and mix into a dough

Use the rolling pin to flatten the dough about 1cm thick.
Step 5
Use the star shape cookie cutter to cut out the dough
Step 6
place it on the baking pan and bake it for 8-10 minutes until the cookie is cooked. Let cool and set aside.
Step 7
Prepare icing. In a bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, lemon juice and egg white.
Step 8
Add the icing over the cookie and let dry. Ready to serve.
