Potato Cheese Rollwith Honey Cinnamon Butter

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Steam, peel and mash the potatoes. Set aside. Whisk together the warm milk and dry yeast. Let rest for 5 minutes.

Step 2
Sieve the bread flour. Add sugar, sea salt and mix well. Set aside.

Step 3
Add butter and combine together. Knead with hands into a dough. Add mashed potato, milk mixture, water, 1 egg and chopped parsley. Knead into a non-sticky dough. Place into a large bowl, let it rest and ferment for 2 hours.

Step 4
Preheat an oven to 180°C. Spread some butter on a baking pot.

Step 5
Spread some oil on the working area and place the dough on it. Divide into small equally- sized pieces about 65g. Knead into balls and place on the baking pot. Cover with dry cloth. Let rest for 1-2 hours or until ferment to double size.

Step 6
Whisk together 1 egg and milk. Spread on the dough, sprinkle with shreddedMozzarella cheese and chopped parsley. Cover with the lid and bake for 15 minutes. Open the lid and bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 7
Preparehomemade butter. Beat the whipping cream with a kitchen aid until separated. Place the gauze on the sieve. Sieve the whipping cream and reserve the solid.

Step 8
Add some ice cubes into drinking water. Wrap the solid with the gauze, place into ice water until set. Squeeze out the wheyand butter is ready.

Step 9
PrepareHoney Cinnamon Butter. Mix together the butter, honey and ground cinnamon. Place into a small bowl and serve with Potato Cheese Roll.
