Step 1
Rinse the fresh sea coconut and pork shanks. Soak the honey dates, sweet and bitter apricot and walnuts. Cut the corn and carrot into pieces.

Step 2
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add pork shanks and blanch for 5 minutes on medium heat.

Step 3
Cook the fresh sea coconut, corn, carrot, pork shanks, honey dates, sweet and bitter apricot, walnuts and water on medium high heat. Bring to boil.

Step 4
Reduce to medium low heat. Cover the lid and cook for 1 hour.

Step 5
Season with some salt and ready to serve.
