Airfry Red Bean Paste Sesame Ball

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Place 40g of glutinous rice flour into a mixing bowl and adding in 75ml of boiling water, mix well and form a dough.

Step 2
Add in the remaining glutinous rice flour, sugar, baking soda, cold water, oil and combine well. Form a smooth dough and rest for 30 minutes.

Step 3
Divide the dough into equal parts, flatten it and add a teaspoon of red bean paste in the middle.

Step 4
Seal and roll the dough into a ball shape. Wet the dough surface with some water and coated with sesame seeds evenly. (The water helps the seeds to stick well)

Step 5
Place the dough into the airfryer basket, bake at 150C for 10 minutes then switch to 180C for another 10 minutes till golden brown.
