Swedish Meatballs

Bread crumbs mixture

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Combine bread crumbs, egg, salt, black pepper and milk. Set aside.

Step 2
Finely dice the onion and garlic.

Step 3
In medium heat, add 1 tbsp of oil and cook the onion and garlic until golden.

Step 4
Mix together the minced beef, minced pork, onion and garlic with the bread crumbs mixture. Roll into meat balls.

Step 5
Cover the baking tray with foil and brush with some oil, place the meat balls then bake for 20 minutes at 200 C.

Step 6
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and mix with then flour. Pour in beef stock and cook until the sauce is thickened. Season with some black pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

Step 7
Return the meat balls into saucepan and mix with the sauce. Sprinkle some chopped parsley. Enjoy!
