Soak the ginger and garlic in 50ml water separately

Combine the ginger and garlic (including the water). Add all of the seasoning ingredients

Add bak choy, bean sprouts, and freid tofu to blanch for 2 minutes

Step 5
In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil on high heat

Step 6
Add the chili sauce from step 2

Step 7
In a serving bowl, arrange the clear noodles, bak choy, bean sprouts, and fried tofu

Step 8
Pour the chili sauce on top

Step 9
Add the pickled cabbage, chopped peanuts, cilantro and green onions

Step 10
Ready to serve
