Step 1
Cut celery into section and garlic in slices
Step 2
Cut star fruit into thin slices and remove seeds
Step 3
Remove skin of chicken and cut into large section
Step 4
Season chicken with marinate and let sit for 15 minutes

In a hot pan with oil, sauté garlic in high heat. Add in chicken and sauté until golden brown
Step 6
Add celery and 100ml water and cook for 5 minutes
Step 7
Add in star fruit, carrots and spring onion
Step 8
quick stir and its ready to serve
