Potato Chicken Stew with XO Sauce

Step 1
Cut the chicken into pieces, and marinate the chicken for an hour

Peel the potatoes and cut it into medium size

Step 3
In a frying pan, heat some oil on high heat. Add the potato and cook until golden brown on all sides. Then transfer to the bowl

In the same pan, sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add the chicken and cook until golden brown

Then return the potatoes back to the pan and add the XO sauce mix well

Step 6
Add water to the level to cover the chicken. Cook for about 10 minutes

Step 7
add the corn starch water until the sauce is thicken

Ready to serve
