Step 1
In a bowl, slightly beat the egg and season with salt. Set aside

Cut the onion into small diced

Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into wedges and halves the cherry tomatoes

In a stock pot, add oil on a medium high heat, sauté the onion until translucent, add the tomato paste for about a minute. Then add the rest of the tomatoes and cook it for 5 minutes until fragrant

Add the water and bring it to boil then lower the heat to medium and let it simmer for 30 minutes until the soup is thicken. Add salt and sugar to taste

In a pot, bring the water to boil. Add a drizzle of oil and salt, cook the macaroni until soft about 8 minutes

Drain the macaroni and transfer to the soup

In a pan, add oil on a medium heat, cook the egg to soft scramble

Pour the soup into the serving bowl, add the egg on top and serve
