Oyster Noodle Taiwanese Style

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Clean and drain the oyster and toss it with the potato starch

Step 2
In a pot, bring the water to boil and add the oyster to cook for about 2 minutes

Drain and set aside

Step 4
Soak the dried shrimp and finely chopped

Step 5
Slice the shallot. In a pan, add 4 tablespoons oil and cook the shallot for about 5 minutes

Drain the oil and set aside

Step 7
Combine the seasoning ingredients in a bowl, mix well and set aside

In a pot, add about 1L water, pork broth and bring it to boil. Add the broth ingredients

Add the noodle and cook it for 20 minutes. Then add the shallot oil

Add the oyster in the noodle for 1 minute

Step 11
Thicken the soup with the corn starch water

Drizzle the seasoning mixture and cilantro for garnish and serve
