Step 1
Cut the ginger into medium size

Green onion into section

Step 3
Slice green pepper

Step 4
Remove the skin off the squid and cut into pieces

In a small bowl, combine water, Chinese cooking wine, salt, sugar, soy sauce and corn starch water to mix well

In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the squid for 2-3 minutes, drain and set aside

In a pan, add oil on high heat, sauté ginger, green onion and chili pepper until fragrant about 30 second

Then add the green chili pepper and quick stir, add the squid and the sauce from step 2

Step 9
keep stir for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is thicken

Ready to serve
