Step 1
Slice the onion. Mince the garlic and shallot

Clean the oysters

Step 3
Blanch it in boiling water for 30 seconds. Drain and pat dry

Step 4
Dredge the oysters with corn starch

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil and butter

Step 6
Sear the oyster until golden brown on both sides and transfer to the baking dish

Step 7
In the same pan, add some oil and sauté the garlic and shallot until fragrant then add the onion and cook until translucent

Add the port wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar until the sauce is reduced

Step 9
Add the sauce to the oyster

Step 10
Bake it for 5-8 minutes on 200°C
