Black Sesame Soy Milk Pudding with Sesame Crisps

Step 1
In a bowl, add sugar, salted butter, corn syrup and milk

Melt the mixture over a pan of hot water until completely dissolve

Remove from hot water. Mix with sesame seeds and ground ginger

Place parchment paper over a baking tray. Use a spoon to portion out the batter and spread on the parchment paper with desire shape

Bake for 7-8 minutes until golden brown

Remove from the oven. Blend it and let cool

Prepare the pudding. In a mixing bowl, combine the egg white and sugar. Mix well

Add coconut milk and black sesame soy milk and stir

Sieve the mixture

Pour the mixture into the bowl

Pour the mixture into the bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and steam it for 45 minutes on medium heat until set

Add on the sesame crisps and ready to serve
