Rinse the rice and drain

Chop the green onion

Season the salmon with salt and pepper

In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Sear the salmon until golden brown. Set aside and let cool

Crumble the salmon into flakes

In a Japanese skillet pot, add the rice and water

Cover the lid and cook until the rice has absorb the liquid

Add the salmon flake over the rice

Cover until the rice is fully cooked

Add fly fish roe on top
