NaengMyeon Beef Cold Noodles

Dine in a Korean restaurant at summer time, cold noodle is the most popular dish. Korean like to cook with pear. Its crunchy textile goes well with the cold noodle, will not be tired of having it often.

Step 1
Prepare the beef broth. In a pot, add 1L water, beef, green onion, ginger, onion, garlic and cook for an hour

Step 2
Add the Korean pear juice and season with salt

Step 3
Remove the beef from the pot

Strain the broth, let cool and refrigerate until cold

Step 5
In a pot, bring the water to boil and cook the noodle until soft about 2-3 minutes

Step 6
Transfer to cold water to cool down

Step 7
Drain and squeeze off the excess liquid and transfer to the bowl

Slice the beef

Step 9
Place the cucumber, pear, sliced beef and egg on the noodle

Add the soup, sprinkle with sesame seed and ready to serve
