New York Cheese Cake
Recipe Details
New York cheese cake is a classic dessert which never get bored to have it. Lots of hotel have their own recipes. Even though you can make yourself, using a steam baked method can make the cheesecake even smoother.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Use the tin foil to wrap the bottom of the baking pan

Step 2
Use a food processor to crumble the biscuit

Step 3
Melt the butter in sauce pan

Step 4
Combine the melted butter, cocoa powder, biscuit and mix well

Step 5
Transfer to the baking pan, use the finger and press it firm. Refrigerate until it chill

Step 6
Zest the lemon and juice half of the lemon

Step 7
In a mixer, add the cream cheese and sugar to mix well

Step 8
Add the eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, whipping cream and vanilla extract. Whisk until it smooth

Step 9
Place the cake mold on the baking pan and pour in the cream cheese mixture

Step 10
Add enough water in the baking pan and bake it for 45 minutes

Step 11
Remove from the oven, let it sit for 2 hours

Step 12
Remove the cake mold and refrigerate for 2 hours. Ready to serve
