Guacamole Quesadilla

Avocado is a healthy food. It can help you to lose weight and improve your skin. Don’t add oil when heating the quesadilla. This can make this dish even more healthy. Light meal doesn’t mean tasteless food!

Step 1
Peel and seeded the avocado and mashed. Rinse and cut the cherry tomatoes into forth. Dice the onion.

Step 2
In a pan, add some oil and sauté the onion until fragrant. Add the cherry tomatoes, salt and black pepper. Stir well.

Step 3
Mix it together with the avocado.

Step 4
In a dry pan, place the tortilla on a medium heat. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, guacamole and some more cheese. Cover with another tortilla.

Step 5
Flip the quesadilla and cook until the cheese has melted and stick together.

Step 6
Cut into slices and serve.
