Dumplings! This dumpling with mushroom, chicken and water chestnut as filling is smooth and soft. It can be pot sticker or served in soup.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Finely dice the shitake mushroom, water chestnuts and onion.

Step 2
In a bowl, marinate the ground chicken with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, Chinese cooking wine, corn starch, sesame oil, sugar and white pepper for 20 minutes.

Step 3
Add the shitake mushroom, water chestnuts, onion, garlic, cilantro and mix well.

Step 4
Place the chicken mixture in the middle of the dumpling wrapper. Wet the edge of the wrapper and fold the pleats on the edge.Repeat the steps.

Step 5
In a pan, add some oil on a medium heat. Place the dumplings on the pan and cook until the bottom is golden brown.

Step 6
Flip the dumpling and add some water, cover the lid and cook until the water has evaporated and the dumpling is fully cooked.

Step 7
Ready to serve.
