Though it is simple to use ready cream sauce to cook white sauce chicken, by using layered cooking, chicken coats more cream than usual. This cooking method gives a sweeter taste than ordinary way of cooking white sauce.

Step 1
Cut the chicken tenderloins into pieces. Slice the carrot and Shitake mushrooms. Cut the brown mushrooms into 4. Dice the onion.

Step 2
Coat the chicken tenderloins, carrot, Shitake mushrooms, brown mushrooms and shimeji mushrooms with all-purpose flour.

Step 3
In a pot, add some oil on a medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.

Step 4
Layer the ingredients in the following order: shimeji mushrooms, shitake mushrooms, brown mushrooms, carrot, chicken and butter.

Step 5
Add milk and whipping cream. Reduce to medium low heat. Cover the lid and cook for 30 minutes or until the chicken is done.

Step 6
Season with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle with parsley. Ready to serve.
