取猪肉泡在米酒至少4个小时备用;

Step 2
Soak the pork belly with rice wine for at least 4 hours.

Step 3
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare a baking tray (with depth larger than the height of the grill). Place the pork belly on the grill. Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper and olive oil.

Step 4
Place into the oven and bake for 50 minutes until golden brown. Cut into pieces and set aside.

Step 5
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the pumpkin into pieces. Place on another baking tray. Sprinkle with sea salt. Place into the oven and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
