Spanish Style Paprika Chicken

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Slice the onion, Spanish chorizo 閑brown mushrooms. Pat dry chicken thighs and season with salt and black pepper.

Step 2
Heat olive oil in frying pan over medium high heat. Add the chicken thighs, skin side down, pan fry both sides until slightly golden brown, about 5 minutes. Take chicken out of pan.

Step 3
Add sliced chorizo and sliced onion into the same frying pan. Cook for 3 minutes. Add in minced garlic, sliced mushroom and paprika powder and cook for another 2 minutes.

Step 4
Pour in chicken broth and stir. Cook 1 minute. Add chicken thighs back into the pan and let the chicken cook with the sauce for 10 minutes with lid or until cooked.

Step 5
Add in cream and stir. Season with salt and black pepper.

Step 6
Spoon onto serving plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
