Edible jewellery!Kohaku jelly is a Japanese traditional sweet with special textile after drying. Milk or juice can be used to replace water for others flavours.

Step 1
Soak the agar strips until soft. Drain and set aside.

Step 2
Bring the water to boil. Add agar strips and cook until melted.

Step 3
Add sugar and mix well.

Step 4
Pour into the mold. Add food colouring and mix well.

Step 5
Let cool and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.

Step 6
Cut into small pieces.

Step 7
Air-dry for one week or until crystallize.
