Soak the fish maw for 3 days

Clean the conch

In a pot, bring the water to boil, add ginger, green onion and blanch the fish maw for 5 minutes

Blanch both pork for 5-8 minutes, drain and set aside

Cut the fish maw into bite sizes

In a stock pot, place all the ingredients in the pot with cold water. When the water is boiling, reduce the heat to medium and cook it for 3 hours
