Cream Cheese Strawberries Swiss Roll

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Combine olive oil and honey.

Step 2
Separate egg yolk and egg whites.

Step 3
Beat the egg yolk.Beat the egg whites with sugar until white and fluff

Step 4
Add the beaten egg yolk gradually to the egg white mixture. Mix well.

Step 5
Add flour, olive oil and honey mixture. Mix again.

Step 6
Pour the batter into the baking tray. Flatten until smooth.

Step 7
Transfer the preheat oven (180 degree Celsius) to bake for 13 minutes. Remove and transfer to a fridge to cool completely.

Step 8
Prepare fillings. Combine the cream cheese, fresh cream and sugar to beat until smooth.

Melt the chocolate into a chocolate sauce on medium heat.

Step 10
Spread the filling on top of the sponge cake. Add a layer of strawberry jam. Roll it up.
