Tomato Spinach Lasagna

Step 1
Dice the tomato

Step 2
Chop the onion

Step 3
Mince the garlic

In a pot, bring the water to boil and cook the lasagna until soft. Drain and set aside

In a pan, add oil on a medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant

Add the red pepper flake, tomatoes and spinach. Cook for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper, let cool and set aside

In a baking pan, place a layer of tomato sauce at the bottom

Top with the pasta sheet

Spread the ricotta cheese, sprinkle some parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese

Cover with another layer with tomato sauce. Repeat the steps

Top with the last pasta sheet, cover with tomato sauce and sprinkle with the cheese

Cover with the foil and bake it for 30 minutes at 180°C in a pre-heated oven

Step 13
Remove the foil and bake it for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden brown

Let it cool for 20 minutes and serve
