Stir-fry Oyster with Edamame and Pickled Mustard Greens

Chaozhou salty sauerkraut is a specialty, taste very appetizing, cook it with edamame and oyster, it becomes an appetizing and great with rice.

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1
Soak the pickled mustard greens for 30 minutes, rinse about every 10 minutes

Step 2
Wash the oyster with some corn starch water and rinse it several times until the oyster is clean. Drain and set aside

Step 3
Slice the garlic

Step 4
Cut the pickled mustard green in section

Step 5
In a pot, bring the water to boil and blanch the edamame for 3 minutes, drain and set aside

Step 6
In the same pot, bring the water back to boil and blanch the oyster for 2 minutes, drain and set aside

Step 7
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant

Step 8
Add the pickled mustard greens and cook it for 3 minutes

Step 9
Add the oyster and quick stir

Step 10
Add the sugar, Chinese cooking wine, salt and white pepper
