Step 1
Marinate the pork with Chinese cooking wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, corn starch and white pepper for 20 minutes

Step 2
Soak the glass noodle until soft. Drain and set aside

Step 3
In a pan, add some oil on a medium high heat. Sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add the pork and cook until cook

Step 4
Add the chili sauce and mix together

Step 5
Add the chicken broth and bring it to simmer then add the glass noodle

Step 6
Cook until the sauce has reduced, add the light soy sauce, sugar and white pepper

Step 7
Drizzle with prickly oil and sprinkle green onion. Ready to serve
